Before you order
The five we are asked every January.
Can I change what is inside a basket?
Yes. Add anything from the add-ons, or tell us to leave something out — the wine is the usual one — and we will rebalance the basket so it does not look like something is missing.
Can you deliver on a date I choose?
Yes, if you order at least three days ahead. Name the date in the order notes. The two days before the eve are the only ones where we cannot also promise a time.
What if nobody is home?
We bring it back and go again the next day, at no cost. We do not leave a basket at a gate, with a guardhouse or with a neighbour.
Do I get to see it arrive?
Add the handover photo and we send you a picture of the basket in their hands within the hour. It is eight ringgit and it is the thing people thank us for most.
Is the basket worth keeping?
The rattan ones are, and most people use them again for storage or for next year. The red box is card and folds flat, which some households prefer.

From your hands to theirs
Five steps, and you are only needed for two of them.
1. Choose the basket
Pick one as it stands, or add to it. Tell us who it is for and we will say if something in it will not suit.
2. Write the card
Your words, our handwriting, in English or Chinese. Leave it blank and the basket goes with our own greeting.
3. We pack it by hand
On the morning it goes out, not a week before. Heaviest at the back, the tall bottle centred, everything facing forward.
4. Handed over, not left
Into someone's hands at the door. If nobody is home we do not leave it at a gate; we call you and go back the next day.
5. You see it arrive
A photo of the basket in their hands, sent to you the same hour, so a gift sent across the country is still a gift you watched arrive.
